Terms of Use
Effective June 10, 2026
These terms cover this website. Photography sessions are governed by the services agreement you receive when booking.
The basics
wesleyverge.com is operated by Wesley Verge (Verge Photography), Boston, Massachusetts. By using the site you accept these terms. If you book a session, the photography services agreement controls everything about the session itself — these terms only cover the website.
Photographs and content
All photographs, text, and design on this site are © Wesley Verge unless credited otherwise, with all rights reserved. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or use any of it — including for training machine-learning or AI models — without written permission. Sharing links to the site is always welcome.
Booking and pricing
Package descriptions and pricing on this site are kept current but can change. A session is confirmed by the services agreement and deposit, not by anything listed here.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure; don't harvest data from it; don't impersonate me or the studio.
Third-party services
The site links to or embeds third-party services (scheduling, Instagram). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
No warranties
The site is provided as-is. I take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, but I can't guarantee it will always be either.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, and total liability connected to website use is limited to one hundred dollars. Liability related to photography services is addressed in the services agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with any dispute heard in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
Changes and contact
Updates to these terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions: wes@verge.wtf.
